peonies

by Blue-Eyed Bride on July 7, 2009

I’m lacking in the inspiration department, but I saw this image today and had to share with you.

Then I had to find some of those adorable pots for myself! You can order any number you want– or all of them. It almost makes me want to grow something– but what?

I hope your day is beautiful as those peonies. And if you want to leave me some inspiration I’d really appreciate it!

I LOVE Peonies – one of my all time favorite flowers. Thanks for sharing :)

I have grown to love peonies over the past few years. Not using them at my wedding is one of my only wedding regrets! They’re so beautiful and whimsical :)

And now just a little inspiration…one of my all time favorite quotes:

Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage. [Anais Nin ]

Happy Tuesday :)

I would love to see a post on where you’ve found cute baby clothes, your favorite maternity items (clothes, lotions, whatev!), going back to work (are you using daycare, at home care, family?), and how Hudson is doing- growing, shots, etc.

The Peonies are gorgeous!

Why not do a post about all of the things you’ve learned post baby that no one told you… it seems that every time one of my girlfriends gives birth, I find out another useful piece of information about life after the baby… things most women are either too afraid to share or admit…

You could totally grow herbs in these great pots! Put them in your windowsill for fabulous inspiration!

I love peonies! Always have! So beautiful and fluffy :)

I have been struggling in the inspiration department too. I blame it on pregnancy brain! You blame your on lack of sleep, and a precious boy you are taking care of :)

I love peonies, so pretty. I wish I would have done a potted herb garden this year… every time I go to the grocer and pay $4 for packaged basil it makes me cringe.

I’d love to hear your thoughts about baby and momma products from the great to the ridiculous…

Very cute. I’m rather uninspired today as well, so don’t feel bad. I guess it’s just the hazy days of summer.

Oh those are beautiful. I just love fresh flowers in a home! Those pots are great too! I think they would make for great decor items for a rustic wedding! They might also be good to keep on hand around the house for when someone is sick…you could put your own tag on the front!

You can’t go wrong with the fluffiest, lovliest, flower around. Simple vase, clay pot, or tucked behind an ear-stunning!

Grow some basil! It’s the most fool proof herb, grows quickly and smells great. You can easily toss it onto homemade cheese pizzas, whip up some pesto in seconds with a food processor, add some to tomato soup or make a great tomato-basil-mozzarella salad. Food, always my inspiration!

Oh I adore peonies. They were in my bridal bouquet and they smelled fabulous all day long. I want to grow flowers, but I kill everything I touch.
