i am a mom of an almost 6 week old little girl myself she is my forth. 3 girls and a boy . 17 15 and 10 year old so lots of mom experience they are all different.
any way the baby is so different then again it has been 10 years . i breast feed 2 and bottle feed 2 so lots of experience there. the bottom line do what works for you. sounds good to me. hope you feel well and the baby is aok.

Same thing happened to me with breast feeding. I finally gave up and said, give me a bottle. Most liberating and freeing feeling in the world. Loved it!

Bummer that you can’t breastfeed anymore because it burns so many calories and helps so much with weight loss! You look great already, though, so maybe it’s not so much of a concern to you.
I breastfed all my kids for several months but would never call myself a breastfeeding Nazi, as “Critic” surely must be. It’s really not the most fun thing in the world and if some people don’t want to take part in it, that’s 100% up to them!

Parents teach their children at a yoing age, "if you can't say something nice, than say nothing at all." obvisouly some ppl were not taught this. I just don't understand why someone would waste their time to write something so untrue and unkind! Ugh! I think you are amazing! U r an amazing, mother, friend and wife! Congratulations on six weeks! Hudson is beautiful. The critic needs to stuff it. I breast fed my son for 4 weeks and I had so many supply problems. I was feeding, pumping, supplementing and meeting with lactation consultant. Then my pump broke and my husband told that it was sign that I just need to stop. I had stressed myself out so much and I just needed to recover from my c-section and enjoy my new baby. What really annoys me though, is one of my single childless friends had the balls to call me (after hearing about my problems from another friend) to lecture me on my choice to quit. Anyway, you know what is best for you and your family. I love reading your blog updates. Maggies last blog post: What a Weekend!
