My mom gets her hair cut by Proctor at Devine Fashions and Flowers (on Devine next door to the fire station and the new Granville's). He also paints dog portraits and other animals and has won awards at the oh so classy state fair. My dad bought one of our yellow lab Henry and gave it to my mom for Christmas a couple of years ago. Henry died this summer but it looks EXACTLY like him! I mean it captures his expression to a tee! It's amazing and my mom is so glad that she has it (hanging in our den haha)! Those are cute!
