I use mine all the time and love it! They are an investment, but they are worth every cent. Food just does so much better in an enameled cast iron pot. I don't know what it is? They also have a lifetime warranty which is great. I have the All Clad Stainless multi pot. I use it mainly for low country seafood boils. It works perfectly for that. I do really like it, but I don't use it as much as my Le Creuset pieces. Anyway, that's my two cents! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend! You NEED that Le Creuset!
